Vivian Hoover Gregoire

Vivian Hoover Gregoire, age 79, passed away on January 26, 2021. She was a resident of Hammond, LA. Vivian was very involved in church. In her younger years, she loved cooking, crafts, gardening, caring for her grandchildren, and spending time with family at gatherings. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Vivian is survived by her daughters, Michelle Hughes and Christy Bone; son, Woody Gregoire; sisters, Daisy Howell and Robin Hoover; grandchildren Derek Hughes, Brandi Griffith, B.J. Kling, Brittany Kling, and Kole Gregoire; and great-grandchildren, Sydni, Hannah, Kole, Bailey, Kenedi, Jackson, Lucy, and Blyss; brother-in-law, Lewey Howell; and special friends, Katie Morgan, Louise McKibben, Adelita Gomez and Cherie Walber-Hoyt. Preceded in death by her husband, L.W. Gregoire; parents, Woodrow and Gladys Hoover; brothers, Melvin Earl, David Green, Dalton, Roland, Alton, and Alcess Hoover; and a sister, Charlotte Hoover. The family would like to extend a special thanks to New Century Hospice. A private family graveside service will be held at Bankston Cemetery. Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
