Fuhrmann, Virginia "Jenny" Merril Mareno a resident of Bedico, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was 55 years old and a native of Boothville-Venice, Louisiana. Visitation will be held at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 HWY 190 W, Hammond LA 70401, Saturday, February 13, 2021. at 10:00 A.M. until service time at 12:00 p.m. A reception following services will be held at Bedico Community Center on CC Road. Survived by her loving husband of 27 years, David Fuhrmann, mother figure Carrie Aleen Cole, sister Roxanne Mareno, and two brothers: Roy Mareno (Holly), James Mareno (Melissa), and 3 daughters. Sarah St. Romain (Darrel), Hannah Crockett (Azia), and Shannah Fuhrmann. She was a Mimi to 5 spoiled grandchildren, Alexis Pierre, Eli Byers, Beau St. Romain, Boston and Blakely Crockett. She was a beloved aunt "Wolfie" to numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Roy Mareno and Louella Guidry Mareno.
