Tommy Ray Ingles Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

TOMMY RAY INGLES, age 73 of Albany LA, entered the pearly gates of Heaven on Monday, January 3, 2022. Tommy was born in Winfield LA, April 9, 1948 to Addis Percell Ingles and Opal Marie Snow Ingles Dabadie Smith. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Michael Wayne Ingles, John Quincy Ingles, a sister Linda Faye Ingles, niece Shannan Corkern and nephew Jamie Corkern, our pawpaw and his daddy, the foundation of our family, Francois’ Ferdinand Dabadie Jr and his cherished and only son, Tommy Ray “Bo” Ingles Jr. Tommy was the loving husband of Mary Ann Raney Ingles for 42 years. Proud and honored daddy of Sherry Council Ingles Vidrine (John), Tina Marie Ingles House (Wayne), his baby girl Melissea Anne Ingles, Chris Starkey Roberts (Ronald), Denisha Starkey Devall (John) and Amy Starkey Hood (Jason). Tommy led a full life and was dearly loved by his 37 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren as well as his niece Sonya Corkern Louiviere. He was a jack of all trades and wore many hats. He could fix and build anything. He loved to help and take care of everyone. He believed in working hard and getting things done. He loved his grandchildren with all of his heart and was ready to share all the knowledge and wisdom he had gained over the course of his life. He was a blessing to everyone who knew him. He looked forward to the reunion that he would have one day with his beloved son. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Tommy this Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 West, Hammond, LA 70401 and Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, there at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow Sunday’s visitation at 1:00 PM at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home and afterwards, Tommy will be laid to rest at Blood River Baptist Church Cemetery, 30825 Pea Ridge Rd, Albany, LA 70711.
