Theresa Marie Forbes Brewer

Theresa Marie Brewer, age 68, passed away on February 19, 2021. She was born in Tampa, FL and was a resident of Albany, LA. Theresa worked in state government with over 30 years of service. After her retirement, she enjoyed watching HGTV and spending time with her family. She was affectionately known as “Ree”. She also loved keeping up with politics. Theresa was a jack of all trades when it came to cooking and could be found telling “Poppy” how to cook. She will be greatly missed by all. Theresa is survived by her beloved husband, Ronald H. Brewer; sons, Arthur Ellis Bernard, III (wife Holly) and Christopher Paul Brewer; sisters, Carolyn Forbes Addison (husband William “Bo”); sister-in-law, Jeanette Forbes; grandchildren, Madelyn and Wil Bernard. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Forbes and Stella Starkey Forbes; sister, Jeanie Forbes Huszar; and brother, William “Bill” Forbes.
