Randall Sennett Jackson

Randall, age 56, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024. He was a native of Slaughter, Louisiana and a current resident of Walker, Louisiana. Randall worked for Valero as a Training Supervisor until 2011 when he retired. He loved hunting and gardening in his spare time, but his true passion was the Lord. He loved sharing Jesus with others. Randall was a proud and dedicated member of Walker Baptist Church. He had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. Randall loved his community and did whatever he could to serve it. Many years ago, he spent time as a Volunteer Firefighter for Natalbany. He was a member of the Emergency Response Team at Valero and he was the Co-Coordinator of Experiencing God Weekends to better share his beliefs and values with others. Above all, he was a true family man who always put his family first. Randall was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather who will be forever loved and missed. Randall is survived by his loving wife, Stacy Wilkinson Jackson and their “Fur-baby”, Beckett; daughter, Lucy Jackson Simpson (Dalton); sons, Randall Sennett Jackson II (Heather) and Lane Malcom Jackson; sister, Tywana J. Lambert (Chris); brother, Robert W. Jackson (Annette); father-in-law and mother-in-law, Herman and Carolyn Wilkinson; sister-in-laws, Michelle Barcomb (Calvin) and Kimberly McGaugh (Patrick); grandchildren, Kinley Jackson, Ryot Jackson, Toni- Kate Simpson, and Forrest Jackson; nieces, Ashley Hunt (Brenton) and Jessica Borskey (Caleb); and nephews, Frank T. Moore III (Courtney), Patrick LeBlanc (Ashley), and Patrick Y. McGaugh. He is preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Joyce Hemphill Jackson; and father, Robert Lee Jackson. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 W. Hammond, LA 70401, on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume the following day, Friday, October 4, 2024 at Walker Baptist Church from 9:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Walker Baptist Church Cemetery.
