Joshua Dale "Fish" Ryle

Josh, age 32, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022. He was a resident of Albany, LA. Josh took great pride in providing for his family and was an extremely hard worker. His greatest accomplishment in life would be becoming a father. Josh would light up the minute he was with his children. He was a diehard football fan and an avid NASCAR fan. ESPN was always on in his house, and he knew football better than he knew himself. If you knew Josh, then you knew to plan events around football games if you wanted him to be there. He was an avid protector of those he loved and would move mountains for his family. Josh was a remarkable friend and an absolute loyal companion, but above all an extraordinary dad . He left an impact on anyone who had the chance to meet him and will be forever missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Brittany Novak; son, Grayson Ryle; daughter, Haizlyn Ryle; mother, Peggy Stuckey (Kert); father, Charles "Sonny" Ryle II (Eva); sisters, Alyssa Ryle (Kole), Brittany Ryle (Darian), Alexis Ryle; sister-in-law, Ashley Novak; and nieces and nephews, Charleigh Ryle, Oaklyn Gehegan, Emilyn Gehegan, Kole Addison Jr., Elen'ora Addison, Blakely Bercegeay, and Braxton Bercegeay. Josh is preceded in death by his grandparents, Elnora Hines, Ernest Holliday Jr., Kathleen Ryle, and Charles Ryle. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 W. Hammond, LA 70401, on Thursday, March 24, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Serenity Cemetery.
