Cynthia Parker Beall

We fondly remember the life of Cynthia Parker Beall, who passed away at the age of 70 on April 19, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, friendship, and laughter. Cindy, known for her friendly demeanor and her fun-loving attitude, brightened the lives of all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Cindy was born on September 22, 1952, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Harold and Carrie Parker. From an early age, Cindy had a natural ability to connect with others and made friends easily with her warm and welcoming personality. After graduating from Central High School, Cindy attended Louisiana State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Shortly after graduation, she met and married her husband of 49 years, Charles Howard Beall. The young couple would go on to have three children who were the center of their lives. Cindy was a fixture at all school activities and functions involving her kids. She naturally made them her priority, and they never doubted how much she loved and sacrificed for them. As a teacher, Cindy had a natural talent for connecting with and advocating for her students. Her legacy will live on through the countless students she inspired and the colleagues she mentored and encouraged throughout her distinguished teaching career. Cindy will be greatly missed by her family and friends, who are left with cherished memories of her friendly and giving spirit. Her presence brought warmth and joy to everyone who knew her and her memory will be forever in our hearts. Cindy was welcomed into Heaven by her father, Harold M. Parker, and grandparents, Carl Elmer “Sam” and Delia H. Herring and Rev. Henry C. and Eunice Parker. Her beautiful life will forever be remembered by her surviving family members. She is survived by her mother, Carrie Herring Parker; her husband, Charles Howard Beall; her children and their spouses, Kevin (Catherine) Beall, Ashlee (Colby) Hennigan, and Kyle (Peyton) Beall; her brother, Marcell (Lori) Parker and nephews Clay (Sammi) and Peyton Parker. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. May you rest in peace, Mom. Your kindness and fun-loving spirit will be remembered and treasured always. CENTRAL, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation from Zoar Baptist Church, 11848 Hooper Rd, Baton Rouge, LA. on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until the start of the Memorial Service at 12:30 p.m. Pastor Glen Miers will officiate the service.
